Refunds
After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will process your refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, it must follow the standard return process.
Non-Returnable Items
